In our minds, dust is all too often associated with death, with the dissolution of everyday presences - be it the passing of someone close to us or a forest that has disappeared in smoke or the sudden fragmentation of a block of flats that is no longer profitable.Where do these no longer so warm, these burnt, these shattered loaves scatter to? Who will take care of them?

In the past, pioneer plants favoured landscapes scarred by perpetual winds, hungry floods and feverish mountains. Today, they are increasingly appearing in places where humans stir up dust. Constantly on the move, they take over the barren soils, create conditions for more complex networks of life and then disappear again.

Influenced by the archaeological sites around Naples,

I contributed two drawings to the group show

„APARTMENT NAMED DESIRE“.

As implementations onto the remains of a chapel built in the 70s
each drawing reflects the imaginary of recurring pasts and fictitious futures.

During the opening evening, a scent of my childhood permeated the present moment.

„ABOVE THE CONCRETE“
opens a resonance site in the white cube of a production facility.

Spray-paint draws the walls:
BABY IS BORN. FIBONACCI IS DEAD.

Veils cut through the space.

Rocks mark the floor as urban.

Cattle walk through the space.

I touched the golden section and everything turned to gold.

The last gesture washed out the previous one.

Some say that the copy precedes the original.
You ask me: Can I get the original tho?
