The contorted stairway leads down to a sealed floorspace, slowly water flows down the stairs and fills the basin. When the capacity of the basin is reached, the water is transported back by a pump at the top end of the stairs and flows back down in an endless cycle.

An opera of pictures and sound leads through a row of uncertainties. The constant is the nameless protagonist, who lives through mysterious occurrences and betakes for a search for meaning.

A scenery in form of a living room is arranged in a former housing space of a butcher shop and is seperated by tauted fabric from the viewer at the end of the room. Time switches, video- and soundmanipulations create a composition of minimalistic changes of light and sound behind the curtain.
